Composite Rock Fiber For Friction Material

Our composite Rock fiber is chosen Basalt, Diabase,Limestone, Dolomite and metallurgical coke as raw material.Adding certain composites, the raw materials are melted in more than 1000 centigrade degree and then melt spinned and coated. The composite rock fiber has better wearing resistance and heat resistance propertuty. We use a lot of special technique such as surface treatment with silane,organic treatment,spoil disposal, high spped mixment, drying etc making our composite rock fiber. The thermal stability, wear resistance ability, reinforcement ability, dispersion ability of our cimposite mineral fiber is better than the traditional asbestos fiber. Our composite rock fiber has following characteristics

2. Using pure rock as raw material. The fiber has stabke performance, low shot content and no asbestos.
3. Adding certain Nano fiber into our composite Rock fiber, After swekking treatment, the flossing shaped fiber surface us enlarged,which help to strengthen its absorbtion. The composite rock fiber has Excellent recovery with excellent dispersion. They have good binding property with Phenolic Rein.
4. The composite Rock fiber contains composit damp,which reduces the cohesion and statc reunion of fiber. The composite Rock fiber has excekkent scattering properties. When fakking across outside force, it is not easy to curl or conglobata, showing good dispersibilityand wear resistance.
